Don’t go through life just checking the boxes!

The Student Institute is an opportunity for students who have completed at least one college semester to create a personalized plan for getting the most out of their college experience in relation to their career and life goals.

Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in small discussion groups with students, advisors, and faculty to begin building their personal network and creating an individualized action plan.

As a participant, you will:

  • Develop Strategies for Setting & Achieving Personal and Career Goals
  • Learn Methods of Researching Careers
  • Build a Peer Network
  • Select an Education and Career Path Mentor
  • Create an Individualized Education & Career Action Plan

Tanya HThe Sophomore Institute is beneficial in so many ways, it helps you prepare to reflect upon yourself and the direction you see your future. The Sophomore Institute looks beyond your college years, gives you great tools to work with such as “WOWI” or the “Big Interview” and many more. The support you receive is AMAZING!
