Alissa Gervais

Alissa Gervais is part of the Office of Student Life team as the Coordinator of Student Life: SGA, Activities, and Leadership Development. Alissa joins us from Eastern Maine Community College where she was the Director of Residential Life, Activities, and Student Engagement for eight years. She also advised the Student Senate during her time at EMCC. Alissa is a 2016 graduate of UMA, having earned her Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies and a minor in Behavioral Science. Within her role as Coordinator of Student Life: SGA, Activities, and Leadership Development, she oversees co-curricular programming that supports social integration, wellness, and professional development, advises the Student Government Association, as well as develops and implements leadership opportunities for students.
