FREE Easy Flow Yoga with Sarah Hentges

University of Maine at Augusta

Join Certified Yoga Instructor Sarah Hentges (Professor of Transdisciplinary Studies) for yoga classes in person or via Zoom. 
 
Yoga is a great way to clear your mind, manage stress, and care for your body. This is a beginner-level class that is suitable for everyone, and is FREE for all UMA students and employees! 
 
Tuesdays from 5:30pm to 6:45pm (on Zoom OR in The Nottage Library) with Sarah Hentges (option to attend in person in Bangor — email sarah.hentges@maine.edu with questions or for more information about the in-person option).
