Join Certified Yoga Instructor Sarah Hentges (Professor of Transdisciplinary Studies) for yoga classes via Zoom, every Tuesday from 5:30-6:45.
Yoga is a great way to clear your mind, manage stress, and care for your body. This is a beginner-level class that is suitable for everyone, and is FREE for all UMA students and employees!
