This FREE Zoom workshop is designed to build upon the introductory information from the April 10 workshop LGBTQ+ and Gender 101, and all are welcome. It provides more in-depthinformation about gender expansive identities and terminology. This workshop is tailored to the specific needs of UMA, and will include: best practices and language for LGBTQ+ cultural competency in your organization, data, scenarios, and actionable steps to ensure that your staff feels informed and capable of working positively and effectively with members of the LGBTQ+ community within your organization.
