The UMA Saco Center is moving to 209 Main Street on December 20th! We are excited to be part of Saco’s vibrant downtown. Our new main entrance will be located in the parking lot located on Free Street, directly in back of the Post Office. There is limited parking onsite, but parking is available nearby on Middle Street and High Street. The Center will still continue to offer access for students needing support. All of our classrooms will have Zoom capabilities.
Please note that the current Center location will be closed on December 19 for packing and on December 20 to move.
The UMA Saco Center is one of seven centers around Maine where people can take UMA courses, pursue degrees from UMA, and receive all the support they need to earn a degree close to home and on schedules that fit into their family and work lives. Courses are taught by faculty onsite, online, or via web-conferencing . The Center is currently located in the Saco Valley Shopping Center, directly next to Shaw’s Supermarket in Saco.
- We provide local access to almost all of UMA’s degree and certificate programs.
- We offer small class sizes, personalized support services, tutoring, convenient scheduling, financial aid, and scholarships.
- Students select from a schedule of hundreds of classes taught by faculty onsite, online, and web-conferencing.

Proctored Exams:
Students must make appointments at least 24 hours in advance to take proctored exams unless already arranged by your class.
