If you have an office or conference room on UMA’s Augusta campus that could use some art, register for ART DAY!
ART DAY is a new program that allows the Arts & Acquisitions Committee to loan artworks in UMA’s Permanent Art Collection with our Augusta community. For now, ART DAY is just for the Augusta campus, but we’ve got plans to expand to Bangor in coming years!
The 2024 ART DAY is November 1 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. On ART DAY you can come to where the Collection is housed in the Photography Studio foyer (Alumni Center building, downstairs) and choose from works in UMA’s Permanent Collection to borrow for your space. Then, Arts & Acquisitions Committee members will partner with you to hang your chosen works in your campus space.
Please use this form to let us know about your space and about what time you plan to come select art. This will help us with preparing works to share, and with staffing ART DAY with volunteers.
