- Understanding Disabilities: Learn what constitutes a disability, explore different types, and understand their prevalence.
- Recognizing and Addressing Biases: Identify implicit and explicit biases, engage in self-reflection exercises, and discover strategies to mitigate biases.
- Disability Etiquette: Master respectful language, effective communication, and best practices for interacting with individuals with various disabilities.
- Best Practices for Creating Supportive Environments: Create an inclusive environment, implement effective communication strategies, and understand accommodations under the ADA.
