Out of the Darkness Walk hosted by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention

September is National Suicide Awareness month, and according to the Maine CDC 250 Mainers died from suicide this past year.

On Saturday, September 21, 2024, UMA-Bangor SADHA Dental Club student officers (Student American Dental Hygiene Association ) joined over 400 participants in Bangor to walk in the annual Out of the Darkness Walk hosted by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
