When you wish to enroll in courses somewhere other than at UMA, you must complete and have approved the online Student Study Away Request form.
The form is now an online web-based form that allows students to provide information digitally.
After you fill out the online form, it will be automatically directed to the advisor that you chose in the form. Your advisor will review your submission for accuracy and to ensure the class(es) you are taking will meet your degree requirements.
Your advisor will then forward the form to the Office of Financial Aid for processing. You will receive a follow-up communication from umafa@maine.edu with the status of your request.
