What It Means for Our Team

We’re proud to share that our organization has earned designation as a Recovery Friendly Workplace through RFW Maine. This recognition highlights our commitment to creating a supportive, inclusive environment where every employee can thrive.

Recovery Friendly Workplaces recognize that recovery from substance use disorder is a strength—not a barrier—and we are proud to stand alongside people in recovery. By working intentionally to eliminate stigma and support wellness, we’re building a workplace that centers compassion, growth, and mutual respect.

Why This Matters

Substance use touches many lives, and workplaces have the power to be part of the solution. As an RFW, we’re helping to create a culture where employers, employees, and communities collaborate to break down barriers and support positive change.

This designation reflects our values and our ongoing efforts to care for one another—not just as coworkers, but as people. Together, we’re building a workplace that uplifts everyone.

Looking Ahead

This isn’t a one-time achievement—it’s a promise. We’ll continue to learn, grow, and support each other, fostering a workplace where recovery is respected, people are empowered, and no one walks alone.
