Facility Emergencies

Many situations such as water leaks, power failures or heating problems may require prompt attention to avoid danger to health, damage to property or severe inconvenience to a program. When reporting an urgent situation please specify the nature and location of the problem as precisely as possible.

Any situation where there is an immediate danger to life and or property (Smoke, Fire, etc..) please contact Security immediately at 207-621-3400.

Augusta

In the event of an urgent facility situation, call Facilities Management office at 207-621-3182. During normal working hours, Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, maintenance personnel will respond as soon as possible to resolve the problem. If you don’t receive an answer, or at night, weekends or holidays call the Facilities Director at 207-441-3686. The Facilities Director can contact the appropriate personnel to respond to the emergency. If, for any reason, there is no response at either of the above numbers, please contact Security at 207-621-3400 and explain the situation. If all else fails please feel free to contact the Augusta Maintenance Manager at 207-446-8453.

Bangor

In the event of an urgent facility situation, call Facilities Management office at 207-621-3182. During normal working hours, Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, maintenance personnel will respond as soon as possible to resolve the problem. If you don’t receive an answer, or at  night, weekends or holidays call the Facilities Director at 207-441-3686  The Facilities Director can contact the appropriate personnel to respond to the emergency. If, for any reason, there is no response at either of the above numbers, please contact Security at 207-262-7777 and explain the situation. If all else fails please feel free to contact the Bangor Facilities lead maintenance worker at 207-631-3138.
