The fall season generally starts at the beginning of September and runs until the end of November. The spring semester generally starts at the beginning of February and runs until the end of April. The ESports Club is a way for students to get involved with this program but not compete formally against other colleges and universities. The goals of the club option are to
- foster a moderated social environment via Discord where students can connect virtually,
- give students an opportunity to gain experience leading and managing a club,
- provide a time period through the week or month during the fall and spring semesters for students to take part in events in the ESports Arena or virtually, and
- work as a team to create and manage ongoing goals for the club.
What are the requirements to join the varsity offering?
- 2.0 Grade Point Average
