Academic Logistics (UMAAL) offers statewide support services to faculty, students, and staff.  As the central hub for Hyflex Course offerings, we play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of course information and provide testing guidelines for exams administered by a face-to-face proctor at UMA locations.

Our support goes beyond testing services, we also oversee the collection, archiving, and delivery of Hyflex Course materials. Our Hyflex Course Grid provides course information at a glance and each semester we disseminate Zoom Links to UMA locations so classrooms are seamlessly connected throughout the state.

In addition to offering Logistical support, our Media Services Technicians (MSTs) focus on partnering with faculty and coordinating the seamless delivery of classes for an enhanced learning experience in the connected classroom and beyond.
