Features

Spaces range from our popular Fireplace Lounge in Randall Student Technology Center and newly renovated Jewett Hall Auditorium to conference and meeting rooms with Poly-com and ZOOM technology and classrooms of varying sizes.

One Stop Shop

The configuration of your room contributes to the comfort of your participants and the effectiveness of the event. We will help you choose the atmosphere, location, and room type that best meet the needs of your event. We’ll also help you choose the set-up that matches your needs and make sure it’s ready to go when your group arrives.

Technology

We can coordinate Polycom service giving you the flexibility to meet and collaborate with colleagues and partners by simultaneous two-way video and audio transmission.

WiFi – Today’s conference attendees expect to be able to use their laptops, smartphones, or iPads. Your participants can check their email, update their blogs, upload pictures, and post on Facebook or Twitter.

AV – We offer professional audiovisual equipment with personal attention, reliability, and support.

Catering

We are committed to providing exceptional service and menu flexibility so your event will be uniquely your own. We are proud to highlight local Maine products! We will take care of the drop off and pick up of your event to make it the most convenient for your attendees.

We will provide campus maps and coordinate parking for event attendees.

Security

We can arrange for Campus Security or Augusta Police Officers to provide security for your event (additional charges may apply).
